Yesterday we had such lovely two hour class at Funketown! There were four participants, three of whom had not attended before. We did three guided meditations, on the breath, the body, and thinking. There was also a brief look at standing and walking meditation with an opportunity to experience that. Finally there was a 10 minute unguided meditation period. I think this is helpful for folk to experience the difference between hearing someone's voice and being with yourself, and the feedback confirmed that.
There is a one hour class at Funketown next Sunday 22 October for one hour this time at 1pm.
