Today I took the plunge and offered an on line meditation event 'Sitting on the Cushion...and Staying There'.
I refreshed the event following helpful feedback from an in-person event earlier this year.
Today included more meditation time, with three guided sits and one unguided sit. I offered practical advice on starting to meditate. the event lasted two hours
I owe special thanks to Sheila, Michelle and Hazel, for offering me a safe space to try this out. They also attended my in person event earlier this year and I am so thankful for their support.
I now feel confident enough to offer this event later this year and advertise more widely.
